Journey To Wellness Signature Course Class #12 Meals On The Go
In our Journey to Wellness Signature Course, we continue with Class #12, Meals On The Go. This is Part #2 of the two-part Time Management Section and the final class in the course.
The first part of the class is a review of the four primary time bandits and the plan to beat procrastination, the #1 time bandit for both men and women. We explain stress eating and its relation to cortisol, the stress hormone. You will learn how to balance snacks to tackle stress vs. zapped energy and why they are different.
We then review a variety of ideas to reduce stress and worry to get you started. We move on to an assortment of meal ideas for busy people including fast food, lunchbox and deli settings. You will learn an abundance of small changes available to better manage carbs, sodium and fats and improve the quality of your food intake.
No class would be complete without the change process using journalling to create new habits. You will walk away with a number of ideas for quick and easy meals and snacks. By learning to rethink home and dining out decisions, you will decrease the risk of long-term complications related to poor food choices.
