Journey To Wellness Signature Course Class #11 Where Does The Time Go?

In our Journey to Wellness Signature Course, we continue with Class #11, Where Does The Time Go?  This is Part #1 of the two-part Time Management Section.

 

We begin the class with the 4D Plan For Time Management and how to recognize the signs of time stress using a simple self-evaluation.  Then we learn 4 common time bandits and ideas to take back control of your time.  Procrastination is the primary time bandit, so we show you a 7 Step Plan To Beat Procrastination.

 

No class would be complete without the change process using journalling to create new habits.  You will walk away with increased knowledge of time management to enable you to take control of your lifestyle and thereby decrease the risk of long-term complications of time waste.
