Subscription/Enrollment

You may cancel your subscription/enrollment at any time.

 

Virtual Service Purchase

If you are not 100% satisfied with a service purchase, a full refund will be issued within 7 days of the purchase date of the service.

 

Virtual Product Purchase*

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchase, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of the purchase date of the product.

 

*Access to any virtual products will be immediately disabled upon request of a refund.
